Abstract:
A high-precision cutting method for a gypsum plasterboard (10) and a control system. The method comprises the following steps: step S1, extracting the shearing circumferential size of a cutter (4), and constructing a cutting operation trajectory (9) of the cutter (4) for cutting the gypsum plasterboard (10); step S2, arranging the cutting operation trajectory (9) to have three trajectory segments, and according to the cutting length of the gypsum plasterboard (10) and the shearing circumferential size of the cutter, setting the operation rules of the trajectory segments, so that the cutter (4) is accurately adapted to the cutting length; and step S3, controlling the cutter (4) to perform cutting operation on the trajectory segments according to the operation rules. According to the cutting method and the control system, the cutting operation trajectory (9) of the cutter (4) is subjected to segmented arrangement, and the operation rules of the trajectory segments are set according to the cutting length of the gypsum plasterboard (10) and the shearing circumferential size of the cutter (4), so that the cutter (4) is accurately adapted to the cutting length, it is ensured that the shearing section of the gypsum plasterboard (10) is flat, and the surface damage of the gypsum plasterboard (10) is avoided.
