Abstract:

The present invention belongs to the technical field of intellectualization and digitalization of industrial devices. Provided are a high-performance virtual simulation method and system driven by a digital twin data model. The method comprises the following steps: on the basis of a product design process, paying attention to a variable working condition or variable product configuration situation, and acquiring three kinds of data related to a design product, a relevant product and a working condition, the three kinds of data being sensing data, mechanism simulation data, and fused data obtained by means of correcting the sensing data by using the mechanism simulation data; processing the acquired data, reversely analyzing a running mechanism by means of relying on a data-driven algorithm, and constructing a data-model-driven high-performance virtual simulation model; and calling the constructed data-model-driven high-performance virtual simulation model on the basis of a new working condition of the design product, or an improved new product, and acquiring a virtual simulation result. In the present invention, modeling simulation or physical experiments can be replaced to perform performance analysis and prediction of a design product, thereby shortening the time for performance verification of the product, and accelerating the forward design and iteration of the product.
