Abstract:
A high-performance tungsten alloy bar and a preparation method therefor. The bar comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 90-95% of tungsten, 3.5-7% of nickel, 1.5-3% of iron and the balance of inevitable impurities. The preparation method for the bar comprises: respectively weighing tungsten powder, nickel powder and iron powder according to the component proportions of the bar, and mixing same to obtain a composite powder; and then adding a binding agent into the composite powder for a mixing treatment, and sequentially carrying out an extrusion forming treatment, a degumming treatment, a sintering treatment, a heat treatment after sintering and a precision forging deformation treatment to obtain a tungsten alloy bar, wherein the total deformation amount of the precision forging deformation treatment is 20-60%. The preparation method is easy in terms of operation and can achieve low-temperature forging; and the prepared tungsten alloy bar has uniform performances, a room-temperature tensile strength of greater than or equal to 1350 MPa, a yield strength of greater than or equal to 1250 MPa, and an elongation after fracture of greater than or equal to 12%.
