Abstract:
A high-PDIV insulating workpiece and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: mixing polyimide, a modifier, an alkaline organic compound, an organic improver and a water-soluble polar solvent to obtain an electrophoretic coating intermediate; mixing the electrophoretic coating intermediate with water to obtain an electrophoretic solution; then using a workpiece to be plated as an electrode, performing electrophoretic deposition in the electrophoretic solution to form an insulating paint film on a surface of said workpiece; and finally drying same to obtain an insulating workpiece, wherein the modifier is selected from at least one of a fluorine-containing organic compound, hollow microspheres and a porous substance, the particle size of the modifier not exceeding the thickness of the insulating paint film; and the organic improver is selected from one or more of an alcohol compound, an ether compound and a ketone compound, the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value thereof being between 8-18. The insulating workpiece has relatively good levels of film thickness uniformity, adhesion, flexibility and voltage resistance, and in particular, has a relatively high PDIV.
