Abstract:
This high-frequency circuit device for power amplification is equipped with: an input conversion pin (40); an output conversion pin (50); a high-frequency amplifier (10) which has an input terminal (11) and an output terminal (12); a waveguide tube (20) in which an input waveguide tube (21) and an output waveguide tube (22) are positioned so as to face one another with a short wall (23) interposed therebetween, the upper wall (21a) of the input waveguide tube (21) has an input pin insertion hole (21e) in which the input conversion pin (40) can be inserted and is electrically insulated, the upper wall (22a) of the output waveguide tube (22) has an output pin insertion hole (22e) in which the output conversion pin (50) can be inserted and is electrically insulated, the upper wall (20a) has a storage section (20e), the floor surface of which is a flat surface, and the high-frequency amplifier (10) is stored therein with the floor surface thereof tightly adhered to the floor surface of the storage section (20e); and a substrate which has, on one surface of an insulating substrate (31), input signal wiring (32), one end of which is electrically connected to the input conversion pin (40) and the other end of which is electrically connected to the input terminal (11) of the high-frequency amplifier (10), and output signal wiring (33), one end of which is electrically connected to the output terminal (12) of the high-frequency amplifier (10) and the other end of which is electrically connected to the output conversion pin (50).
