Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-efficiency pulverizing device for making electrode materials, comprising a cylindrical body (14), wherein the cylindrical body (14) is internally provided with a pulverizing chamber (3) and is provided with an upper cover (1) at an opening on the top; a crushing device (2) is fixed on the upper cover (1); the crushing device (2) is composed of a crushing tank (15), a crushing electric motor (23), a crushing spindle (18), a rotating blade (19) and a fixed blade (22); a bottom face of the cylindrical body (14) is provided with an elevation device (11); the elevation device (11) is composed of an elevation board (35), a lead-screw electric motor (31), a lead screw (33) and a guide column (34); the pulverizing chamber (3) is internally provided with an upper grinding body (6), a lower grinding body (7) and a material guide board (13); and the middle part of a lower surface of the upper grinding plate (25) is fixedly connected to a rotary shaft (8). The non-uniformity caused by the direct pulverizing of large chunks of raw materials is effectively avoided by means of the crushing device (2) crushing the materials. The upper grinding body (6) moves downward while rotating under the drive of the elevation device (11), and upper bumps (26) uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the upper grinding plate (25) and lower bumps (28) uniformly distributed on an upper surface of the lower grinding plate (27) are used to grind and pulverize the crushed materials.
