Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-efficiency orange-red electroluminescent device. The structure is composed of an anode (ITO), a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an exciton blocking layer, a light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer, and a cathode, wherein the light-emitting layer is prepared from a quinoxaline fluorescent material doped host material. According to the present invention, OLEDs prepared respectively by using two new quinoxaline fluorescent materials as doping guests respectively achieve high EQEs, i.e., 32.0% and 19.9%.
