Abstract:
Disclosed are: a high-efficiency method for extracting an active ingredient from vegetable solid raw materials, in which the active ingredient is extracted with high efficiency from the vegetable solid raw materials by plasma bubbling; and an apparatus therefor. The high-efficiency method for extracting an active ingredient from vegetable solid raw materials, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: mixing vegetable solid raw materials and a solvent to prepare a vegetable raw material-containing solution; and extracting an active ingredient from the vegetable solid raw materials by supplying plasma to the vegetable raw material-containing solution and bubbling same.
