Abstract:
A high-efficiency bending machine bending method, wherein an oil inlet of an oil pump (2) is connected to an oil tank (16), an oil outlet of the oil pump (2) is connected to a P port of a three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve (3) via a pipe, a T port of the three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve (3) is connected to the oil tank (16) via a pipe, an A port of the three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve (3) is connected to lower cavities of hydraulic cylinders (9) via a stacked valve group, a B port of the three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve (3) is connected to upper cavities of the hydraulic cylinders (9) via the stacked valve group, and the upper cavities of the hydraulic cylinders (9) are also connected to an energy storage device (8) via a fluid control one-way valve (7). Via improvements to the hydraulic system of the bending machine, the bending method performs high-efficiency control throughout a whole sheet material bending process of "rapid descending - working - pressure holding - pressure releasing", ensures the high speed stability of the rapid descending stage and the stability of the working stage, ensures that the pressure holding effect is good and the cylinder upper cavity oil pressure in the pressure holding stage is stable, and thereby ensures the quality of the sheet material bending.
