Abstract:
A high-coaxiality electric motor shaft, comprising a front shaft (1) made of stainless steel materials and a rear shaft (2) made of carbon steel materials. The front end of the rear shaft (2) is provided with a columnar connecting part (2a), the rear end of the front shaft (1) is provided with a slot (1a) allowing the connecting part (2a) to insert therein, the connecting part (2a) is tightly pressed on the bottom wall of the slot (1a), the connecting part (2a) is provided with an external spline (2a1), the inner wall of the slot (1a) is provided with an internal spline, and the connecting part (2a) and the front shaft (1) are in meshed connection by means of the internal spline and the external spline (2a1); and a straight hole (1b) is provided in the front shaft (1) in a penetrating mode, two ends of the straight hole (1b) extend to the bottom wall of the slot (1a) and the front end face of the front shaft (1) respectively, a T-shaped screw rod (3) is arranged in the straight hole (1b), the screw rod (3) consists of a head part (3a) and a rod part (3b), a threaded hole is provided in the connecting part (2a), the rear end of the rod part (3b) is connected into the threaded hole in a threaded mode, an annular shoulder (1b1) is integrally formed on the hole wall of the straight hole (1b), and the head part (3a) is tightly pressed on the front end surface of the annular shoulder (1b1) to form a seal. The high-coaxiality electric motor shaft is convenient to assemble.
