Abstract:
A heterojunction cell and a processing method therefor, and a battery assembly. The heterojunction cell comprises a cell substrate (10), a TCO film layer (20) are provided on both the front surface (101) and back surface (102) of the cell substrate (10), and at least two columns of short main gates (30) of the same number are provided at intervals on the TCO film layers (20) of the front surface (101) and back surface (102) of the cell substrate (10); the short main gates (30) located on the front surface (101) of the cell substrate (10) are defined as first main gates (31); the short main gates (30) located on the back surface (102) of the cell substrate (10) are defined as second main gates (32); and the cell substrate (10) is cut to then form battery slices (10'), each battery slice (10') being provided with a column of first main gates (31) and a column of second main gates (32).
