Abstract:
A helical gear having a gap-eliminating device, consisting of a first gear (1) and a second gear (2) which are coaxially mounted, and a gap-eliminating device clamped therebetween, wherein the gap eliminating device comprises a gap-eliminating disc (3), adjusting screw rods (4), a slide block (5) and a push rod (6); the gap eliminating disc (3) is provided with a shaft hole (32) and a special-shaped hole (33) thereon; an inwardly-formed concave conical surface (34) is arranged on a disc surface (31); an optical hole (36) is radially formed on a cylindrical surface (35) and communicates with the special-shaped hole (33); a blind hole (37) is formed on the gap-eliminating disc (3) and is coaxial to the optical hole 36; one end of the blind hole 37 communicates with the special-shaped hole 33; the adjusting screw rods (4) are mounted in the optical hole (36) and the blind hole 37; the slide block (5) is disposed in the special-shaped hole (33); thread holes which match the adjusting screw rods (4) are formed in the slide block (5) and are sleeved on the adjusting screw rods (4); the push rod (6) is made of an elastic material and is fixed onto the slide block (5); and the end part of the push rod (6) may slide on the concave conical surface (34). The described helical gear having the gap eliminating device has the advantages of good universality, a wide gap eliminating range, being convenient to adjust, a compact structure, a low cost and being capable of bearing a high axial force, and the helical gear may automatically eliminate gear side gaps generated due to wearing down of a gear tooth.
