Abstract:
A heavy-duty centrifuge-triggered safety lock, comprising panels (12, 13); the panels (12, 13) are provided with a rope inlet port (1), a rope outlet port, and a steel wire rope passage; the steel wire rope passage has one side provided with a rope compressing mechanism located in the panels, and the other side provided with a centrifuge triggering mechanism rotatably connected to the panels; the panels (12, 13) are further provided with a locking and unlocking mechanism, and the centrifuge triggering mechanism is in transmission connection with the locking and unlocking mechanism when in a triggering state; the panels (12, 13) are internally provided with a guide shaft (15) and a base (17) located below the rope compressing mechanism; the base (17) is provided with a wedge-shaped groove surrounding the outside of the steel wire rope passage; the guide shaft (15) is parallel to the steel wire rope passage and is fixedly mounted on the top of the base (17); a rope locking mechanism slidably connected to the base (17) is slidably sleeved on the guide shaft (15), and the rope locking mechanism is used for clamping or releasing the steel wire rope, and abuts against the locking and unlocking mechanism. Said safety lock can reduce an impact force applied when said safety lock is triggered, and enable said safety lock to receive a force uniformly.
