Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a heave compensation device for a mining dredger, comprising: an acquisition mechanism, a control mechanism connected to the acquisition mechanism, and a hydraulic mechanism connected to the control mechanism. The acquisition mechanism comprises a displacement sensor provided on a mining dredger, and a wave motion acquisition unit connected to the mining dredger. The hydraulic mechanism comprises: a compound hydraulic cylinder, a main control valve and an oil pump that are connected to the compound hydraulic cylinder, and a prefill valve connected in parallel to the main control valve. By means of the displacement sensor or the wave motion acquisition unit, a displacement amount of the mining dredger can be measured in real time, or a motion trajectory of the mining dredger can be predicted, active and passive compound heave compensation is achieved, and the heave motion of a marine mining dredger is reduced, such that it can be ensured that the mining dredger can stably operate under the irregular influence of sea waves, and the compensation precision is improved.
