Abstract:
The present invention relates to a heating element and a manufacturing method therefor. The heating element is formed by stacking multiple layers of conductive layers and multiple layers of insulating layers at intervals and then integrally sintering same, and the outermost layer is provided with the conductive layer. The heating element of embodiments of the present invention is manufactured by compounding the multiple layers of conductive layers and the multiple layers of insulating layers, so that heating temperature distribution of the heating element is ensured to be uniform during heating, and the heating element has the characteristics of fast heating, high thermal efficiency, high thermal conductivity and the like; the bending strength and the fracture toughness of the whole heating element can also be adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the ceramic insulating layer during manufacturing according to actual conditions, so that it is not easy to break off in practical applications, and the service life is ensured; moreover, due to the fact that the conductive layers and the insulating layers are stacked at intervals and are sintered together at high temperature to form one piece, thereby solving the problem of falling off of a conductive track in use, and the problem of falling off due to long-time use of printed conductive tracks on existing matrixes.
