Abstract:
The present application relates to a heating device and a can heating sterilization method, and belongs to the technical field of can production. The can heating sterilization method comprises the following steps: S1, sequentially placing one or more cans in a cage body in an axis direction, separating adjacent cans by cushion blocks, and clamping the cans by means of a cage cover matching the cage body; S2, placing hot oil in an oil containing tank, and using a heater to maintain the temperature of the oil; S3, placing the cage body in the oil containing tank, and driving the cage body to roll in the oil containing tank by means of a driving assembly until the cage body enters a transition box; S4: allowing the cage body to be conveyed in the transition box, introducing hot air or cold air into the transition box by means of a ventilation pipe to maintain the cans inside the cage body at a proper temperature until the cage body is discharged from the transition box through a discharging port; and S5, taking out the cans from the cage body, and cleaning the cans. The present application has the effects of improving can sterilization efficiency and shortening the process time.
