Abstract:
Provided is a heat storage power generation plant capable of carrying out heat storage power generation efficiently. According to the one embodiment, this heat storage power generation plant is provided with a heat storage device (2), which stores heat energy supplied from a heating portion (1), and heats a heat medium by means of the heat energy, and a steam generator (4), which uses the heat medium heated by the heat storage device (2) to generate steam. The heat storage power generation plant is further provided with a first flow passage (lines P1, P2) for transporting the heat medium from the heat storage device (2) to the steam generator (4), and a second flow passage (lines P3, P4) for transporting the heat medium from the steam generator (4) to the heat storage device (2). The heat storage power generation plant is further provided with an auxiliary unit (11) provided on the first flow passage (lines P1, P2), and a bypass flow passage (12) for transporting the heat medium flowing through the second flow passage (lines P3, P4) to the auxiliary unit (11) while bypassing the heat storage device (2). The auxiliary unit (11) is supplied with a first heat medium as the heat medium from the heat storage device (2), is supplied with a second heat medium as the heat medium from the second flow passage (lines P3, P4) via the bypass passage (12), and supplies a third heat medium as the heat medium to the steam generator (4).
