Abstract:
A heat-not-burn cigarette structure processed in groups, and a manufacturing method therefor. A cigarette comprises inner-layer cigarette paper (1) arranged on the outside of cut tobacco (4), and outer-layer cigarette paper (2) arranged on the outside of the inner-layer cigarette paper (1), wherein the inner-layer cigarette paper (1) is airtight paper provided with aluminum foil, and the outer-layer cigarette paper (2) is adsorption paper, so that the inner-layer cigarette paper (1) and the outer-layer cigarette paper (2) are processed in groups, and are successively wrapped around the outside of the cut tobacco (4) during the manufacturing of cigarettes. In such a simple arrangement, the outer-layer paper (51) of the heat-not-burn cigarette is of a multi-layer structure, and the multiple layers of paper are processed in groups and then wrapped layer-by-layer, so that by means of grouping processing, the using of the same base paper and different added functional layers is adapted to processing different cigarettes of different specifications, thus achieving high production efficiency. In addition, the multiple layers of paper are each additionally provided with aluminum foil to achieve uniform temperature, and the adsorption layer prevents tar from seeping out, which can effectively improve the cigarette smoking experience.
