Abstract:
Disclosed are a heat insulation system based on anticorrosion and energy saving, a detachable valve cool insulation apparatus, and a pipe heat tracing apparatus. The heat insulation system comprises a heat insulation inner layer (1), a heat insulation outer layer (4), an observation window (6), a humidity measurement apparatus (5), and carbon dioxide (3) and a wooden water absorption apparatus (2) filled between the heat insulation inner layer and the heat insulation outer layer. The cool insulation apparatus is of a left-right symmetrical two-petal structure, and comprises an outer protective layer, a glass wool outer protective layer, an aerogel cool insulation layer, a heat insulation support (7), a glass wool cool insulation layer (9), and a rubber and plastic cool insulation layer (11). The outer surface of the pipe heat tracing apparatus is provided with a protruded structure (201), and is provided with a preformed hole (203) allowing a metal binding band to pass through. The heat insulation layer can prevent corrosion under the heat insulation layer. The cool insulation apparatus can be conveniently disassembled and replaced. The pipe heat tracing apparatus and a heat tracing pipe are tightly attached while being fastened and connected.
