Abstract:
A heat-insulating sheet of the present invention is provided with a fiber sheet having a space therein, and a silica xerogel supported in the space of the fiber sheet. The heat-insulating sheet has: a first region positioned at a peripheral edge portion of the heat-insulating sheet; and a second region surrounded by the first region. The second region compressive strain rate, which is the strain rate of the second region when a pressure of 1 MPa is applied to the second region, is smaller than the first region compressive strain rate, which is the strain rate of the first region when a pressure of 1 MPa is applied to the first region This heat-insulating sheet can reduce compressive strain while maintaining a heat insulating property. For a case in which the heat-insulating sheet is used in a secondary battery, the reliability of the secondary battery, with respect to expansion that accompanies an increase in the internal pressure of a battery cell, can be improved.
