Abstract:
The present utility model relates to a heat dissipation motor comprising a phase-change toothed belt of an anti-short-circuit structure, comprising an overhanging winding and a motor housing. A toothed belt formed by bending an ultra-thin phase-change device is arranged between the overhanging winding and the motor housing; the toothed belt comprises a plurality of tooth roots which are sequentially connected in a staggered mode to form a closed loop, and tooth tips; each tooth root of the toothed belt abuts against the overhanging winding; an insulator is arranged between each tooth tip of the toothed belt and the motor housing; and two ends of each insulator are tightly attached to corresponding tooth tips of the toothed belt and the motor housing, respectively. Due to the insulation of the insulators, a metal shell of the toothed belt does not directly come into contact with the motor housing, so that electric conduction between the metal shell of the toothed belt and the motor housing is avoided, and accidents such as current breakdown or short circuit are effectively prevented. The two ends of each insulator are tightly attached to the corresponding tooth tips of the toothed belt and the motor housing, respectively, so that the thermal resistance of the heat dissipation path is small, and the heat dissipation effect is good. Even if the motor runs for a long time, heat accumulation is not easy to generate, so that the service life of the motor is prolonged.
