Abstract:
In the present invention, a headlight device (100) comprises: a first light source (1) for low beam; a second light source (2) for high beam; and a projection optical member (3) into which the light directed from the first light source (1) and the light directed from the second light source (2) enter, said projection optical member (3) having an emission surface (36) via which the light exits. The projection optical member (3) is provided with a first entry surface (31) through which the light from the first light source (1) enters, a second entry surface (32) through which light from the second light source (2) enters, a first reflection surface (33) that reflects light having entered through the first entry surface (31) toward the emission surface (36), and a second reflection surface (34) that reflects light having entered through the second entry surface (32) toward the emission surface (36). The second entry surface (32) is provided with a condenser.
