Abstract:
The present invention proposes a head mounted display device that is automatically resized by using an ultra-precision motor and a distance measuring sensor, the head mounted display device comprising: a distance measuring unit that measures the distance from a back part (20) of a wearer's head to the wearer's head; and a length adjusting unit that adjusts the length of a strap by the operation of the ultra-precision motor, wherein the strap can be adjusted to fit the wearer's head by controlling the length adjusting unit according to the distance measured by the distance measuring unit so that the size is automatically adjusted to fit the wearer's head even without the wearer using his hands or directly adjusting the strap, thereby making the device comfortable to wear.
