Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of device heat dissipation, and specifically discloses a hashboard and a data processing device. The hashboard comprises a circuit board, a liquid cooling plate, and multiple heat-generating component sets. The circuit board has a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. A liquid flow channel is provided in the liquid cooling plate, the liquid flow channel having a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. The liquid cooling plate is stacked on the first surface. The multiple heat-generating component sets are arranged on the second surface at intervals along an extension direction of the liquid flow channel, the positions of the multiple heat-generating component sets corresponding to positions of the liquid flow channel. At a position close to the liquid inlet, a liquid flow path between two adjacent heat-generating component sets is smaller than a liquid flow path between two adjacent heat-generating component sets close to the liquid outlet. The hashboard and the data processing device provided in the present application have excellent uniform temperature, cooling and heat dissipation performance, thereby ensuring the performance of heat-generating component sets on the hashboard, as well as the computing performance and service life of the data processing device.
