Abstract:
Provided is a harvester that is able to flexibly change a torque limiter torque limit, essentially change a trade-off balance, to accommodate cultivated fields on site. A raking-in auger lays horizontally so as to be able to rotate to the left and right around a shaft line via a rotary support shaft, the rotary support shaft interlocks and couples with a power transmission mechanism via the torque limiter, and the torque limiter is provided with: a sprocket receiver, which is concentrically attached to the rotary support shaft and formed in a flange shape extending out in the radial direction; a passive sprocket, which rotates by receiving rotational force from the power transmission mechanism; and either a single or a plurality of shear members, said shear member being removably attached between the sprocket receiver and the passive sprocket, and which connects the sprocket receiver and the passive sprocket. When the shear member experiences an amount of torque that is equal to or greater than a set value, the shear member is sheared and the connection between the sprocket receiver and the passive sprocket is severed.
