Abstract:
A harmonic speed reducer having a conjugate cycloidal tooth profile, which comprises a rigid spline (1), a flexible spline (2), a wave generator (3), and a flexible bearing (4); the tooth profile of the rigid spline (1) and the tooth profile of the flexible spline (2) are conjugate cycloidal tooth profiles; the tooth profile of the rigid spline (1) and the tooth profile of the flexible spline (2) are made from an inner cycloid and an outer cycloid formed from two rolling circles respectively turning about a pitch circle of the rigid spline (1) and a pitch circle of the flexible spline (2) in a meshed state; the sum of the radii of the second rolling circle and the first rolling circle is equal to the difference of the radii of the pitch circle of the rigid spline (1) and the pitch circle of the flexible spline (2) in the meshed state; a double circular arc-type cam wave generator is used as the wave generator (3); a curve of the cam within the range of the wrap angle of a major axis is a circular arc segment, the tooth profile of the flexible spline (2) and the rigid spline (1) within a wrap angle are conjugately meshed, and a number of conjugately meshed tooth pairs can be determined by means of designing a circular arc wrap angle. The present invention has advantages such as a constant instantaneous speed ratio, the number of meshed tooth pairs being wide in range, having no interference, a high bearing capacity, high precision, a low and constant relative sliding rate, and few parameters, and being easy to machine.
