Abstract:
The present application discloses a hard disk head and a preparation method therefor, and a hard disk. The top end of a super-lubricity gasket of the hard disk head is fixedly connected to the bottom of a head slider by means of an adhesive material, and the bottom end of the super-lubricity gasket is in contact with the upper surface of a disk on which no lubricating layer is provided, wherein the head slider is inclinedly provided, and upon movement, an included angle θ is formed between the bottom surface of the head slider and the upper surface of the disk; the distance between a read-write head on one side of the head slider and a magnetic medium layer of the disk is less than or equal to a preset head-disk distance. By providing the super-lubricity gasket, the read-write head mounted on one side of the head slider can be stably supported above the upper surface of the disk at a certain height, thereby reducing head arm machining accuracy requirements and flying height control accuracy requirements, and avoiding long-term abrasion of the disk and the read-write head; the defects of traditional hard disks in terms of airflow, impact resistance, and disk surface abrasion can further be well solved, the stability and safety of hard disks are greatly improved, and therefore, the present hard disk head can easily achieve adjustment of a lower flying height and improvement of hard disk performance.
