Abstract:
A handle welding mechanism for a paper three-dimensional bag, comprising a machine frame (1), a bag handle paper roll placing shaft (2), a paper folding device, a cutting device, a movable clamping device, and a bag handle bending device, wherein the paper folding device is provided with a pair of paper folding wheels (3, 4) provided up and down; the cutting device is provided with a cutter holder (7) and a cutter (8), wherein the cutter (8) is connected to a driving device; the bending device is provided with a pair of handle pressing heads (16); rotating tables (17) corresponding to the handle pressing heads (16) are provided below the handle pressing heads (16); pressing blocks (20) capable of ascending and descending and corresponding to the handle pressing heads (16) are mounted on the machine frame (1); an ultrasonic welding head (21) is provided below the pressing blocks (20); and the upper end of the ultrasonic welding head (21) is provided with a movable inserting plate (24). The inserting plate of the handle welding mechanism can be inserted between paper of a folded edge of a bag mouth of a paper bag and a paper body, so that there is a gap between an edge folded part and the paper body, insertion of a bag handle is facilitated, and welding of the bag handle is firm and reliable.
