Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a handle adjusting device. The handle adjusting device comprises: a base (1); a handle frame (2), wherein the handle frame (2) is connected to the base (1) in such a manner that the handle frame can swing relative to the base (1); and a locking mechanism (3), wherein by means of the locking mechanism (3), the handle frame (2) can be switched between a locked state and an unlocked state, and when the handle frame (2) is in the locked state, the locking mechanism (3) enables the base (1) and the handle frame (2) to press against each other, such that the handle frame (2) is locked to the base (1), and when the handle frame (2) is in the unlocked state, the base (1) and the handle frame (2) are not pressed by each other, such that the handle frame (2) can rotate relative to the base (1). The present application further relates to a floor scrubber.
