Abstract:
The present application relates to a hair rendering method and apparatus, a computer device, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises: a virtual main light source acting on a hair area of a virtual character (202); acquiring the longitudinal angle, azimuth angle, illumination information and color information of each light path of the virtual main light source corresponding to pixel points in the hair area, each light path of the virtual main light source comprising a reflection light path, a transmission light path and a transflective light path (204); for each light path, determining a longitudinal scattering amount on the basis of the longitudinal angle and the illumination information corresponding to the pixel points, determining an azimuth scattering amount on the basis of the corresponding azimuth angle, and determining a scattering amount of the light path corresponding to the pixel points according to the longitudinal scattering amount, the azimuth scattering amount and the corresponding color information (206); and fusing the scattering amounts of the reflection light path, the transmission light path and the transflective light path respectively corresponding to the pixel points, so as to obtain coloring information of the virtual main light source corresponding to the pixel points, the coloring information being used for rendering the hair of the virtual character, thus improving the effect of hair rendering (208).
