Abstract:
This hair removal device blade (1b) has a movable blade comb (452), a movable blade groove (453), a fixed blade comb (462), and a fixed blade groove (463). The fixed blade comb (462) is disposed in a state in which a distal end (465a) protrudes farther than a distal end (455a) of the movable blade comb (452). The fixed blade comb (462) has a sliding contact surface (462a) that comes into sliding contact with the movable blade comb (452), and a skin contact surface (462b) that can contact skin S, the skin contact surface (462b) being on the opposite side from the sliding contact surface (462a). The fixed blade comb (462) has a cutting region (466) that is capable of cutting hair (H) together with the movable blade comb (452). The blade width (W1) of a distal-end section (465) of the fixed blade comb (462) is greater than the groove width (W2) of the fixed blade groove (463) at a site facing the cutting region (466). The blade pitch (P1) of the fixed blade comb (462) is greater than the blade pitch (P2) of the movable blade comb (452).
