Abstract:
According to the present invention, a plate-shaped base material is provided with a body on which a plurality of blades are provided so as to protrude therefrom and a crank part which accommodates an eccentric cam that rotates upon receiving a driving force. The crank part has formed therein a crank hole that penetrates from the front to the back of the crank part and that has an inner peripheral surface on which the eccentric cam is to slide. The crank part also has a rising part that is formed along the rim of the crank hole and that rises from a surface of the base material.
