Abstract:
A guide control device for fluid transmission and an application system thereof. The guide control device consists of a power transmission and distribution unit (1) and switching pieces (2); the power transmission and distribution unit (1) is provided with a first section (101) and a second section (102); at least one sub-runner (1132) is provided in the first section (101); stopping parts (1150, 1151, 1152, 1153) are provided in the second section (102); a circulating opening (116) is provided in at least one adjacent position of the stopping parts (1150, 1151, 1152, 1153); and the circulating opening (116) is communicated with the outside; the switching piece (2) is arranged in the first section (101) and the second section (102); flow guide channels (21) are formed in the switching piece; first flow guide openings (26) and second flow guide openings (27) are formed outwards; the first flow guide openings (26) are switched with respect to the sub-runners (1132) to be correspondingly communicated; the second flow guide openings (27) can synchronously and gradually pass through the corresponding circulation openings (116) from the stopping parts (1150, 1151, 1152, 1153), so that part of fluid in the flow guide channels (21) is discharged outwards by means of the circulating openings (116), thereby effectively dredging and slowing down instant pressure increase and decrease changes caused by transmission path changes of the fluid.
