Abstract:
The present invention relates to a guide bar fixture for a double weave warp knitting machine. More particularly, in order to provide a ground bar for knitting a double weave on one side and a pattern bar on both sides for knitting a design or a pattern on the surface of the double weave on the other side so as to knit a design or a pattern on the upper surface of the double weave when thickly knitted by connecting a surface paper of the lower surface of the double weave and a back paper of the upper surface of the double weave with a binding yarn, the double weave warp knitting machine fixes, on a rotary shaft, a fixture configured such that a ground part is formed so as to provide a plurality of ground bars on one side that knit with a binding yarn between the surface paper and the back paper, and a fixing member is provided on a guide part so as to provide a plurality of guide bars capable of knitting a design or a pattern on the other side, such that a conventional patterned paper having a design or a pattern formed on the upper surface of the double weave is separately knitted. As such, the present invention has the advantage of eliminating the hassle of thermally bonding a hot-melt film, thereby improving workability and thus reducing manufacturing costs, and the advantage of removing a conventional hot-melt film by eliminating the process of thermally bonding the hot-melt film, thereby maintaining inherent air permeability of a fiber to thus improve the quality of a product.
