Abstract:
Disclosed in the present disclosure are a group management service processing method, a user equipment (UE) and a network device.
The method comprises: receiving a group discovery request from an application server, the group discovery request being used to request a group discovery service configuration be provided for a UE; acquiring the authorization status of the UE for a group discovery service; if the authorization status is authorized to carry out the group discovery service, requesting to send a group discovery service configuration to the UE, the group discovery service configuration being used to provide policy parameters related to the group discovery service. Therefore, policy parameters related to a group discovery service can be configured for a UE according to the authorization status of the UE for a group discovery service so as to effectively implement group management services such as group discovery, group invitation, and group joining.
