Abstract:
A ground clip (7) for connecting a first plate section (8) and a second plate section (9), which are disposed at an interval, in such a manner that electricity can be conducted between the plate sections (8, 9) with the ground clip (7) mounted in the openings (8a, 9a) formed in the plate sections. The ground clip (7) comprises: a metallic tube-like body (1); contact sections (2, 3) formed on the peripheral surface of the tube-like body by cutting and bending; and engagement means capable of affixing the plate sections in cooperation with the contact sections while the tube-like body (1) is inserted in the openings in the plate sections. The ground clip (7) is characterized in that the engagement means comprise front and rear or top and bottom engagement protrusions (5, 6) provided at positions sandwiching the contact sections (2, 3) and that each of the plate sections (8, 9) is affixed between the contact sections (2, 3) and the corresponding engagement protrusions among the engagement protrusions (5, 6). The ground clip (7) thus characterized can be easily mounted to the first plate section (8) and the second plate section (9) and can be applied to the first plate section (8) and the second plate section (9) even if the distance therebetween is small.
