Abstract:
The present invention provides a grinding and polishing integrated machine tool in the technical field of machining, comprising: a machine tool body; and a clamping assembly which clamps both ends of a workpiece and drives the workpiece to rotate. The machine tool is characterized by further comprising: a movable rack slidably disposed on the machine tool body; a grinding assembly mounted on the movable rack; a polishing assembly disposed on an opposite side of the grinding assembly; and a control assembly which switches a fine grinding action of the grinding assembly to a coarse grinding action before the next fine grinding action. When the grinding assembly is always aligned with the center of the workpiece to finish fine grinding and is separated from the workpiece, the polishing assembly moves along with the separation action to reach the fine grinding working surface for polishing. The present invention is particularly suitable for grinding and polishing integrated mirror machining of cylindrical workpieces.
