Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of bearings, and in particular relates to a grease-lubricated bearing monitoring system, a grease-lubricated bearing and a grease-lubricated bearing monitoring method. The grease-lubricated bearing monitoring system of the present invention comprises a flow nano-sensor and a signal processing and output device, wherein the flow nano-sensor is disposed on a flow path of a lubricating grease base oil during bearing operation; the flow nano-sensor is used for monitoring the flow of the lubricating grease base oil; and the signal processing and output device is used for processing and outputting a flow signal obtained through monitoring by the flow nano-sensor. According to the grease-lubricated bearing monitoring system, the grease-lubricated bearing and the grease-lubricated bearing monitoring method of the present invention, an early warning can be issued before a bearing lubrication failure; therefore, the lubrication state inside a bearing is monitored more safely and effectively.
