Provided are: a grease composition capable of achieving low dust generation while suppressing a deterioration in wear resistance or lifespan; and a rolling bearing in which the grease composition is encapsulated. A grease 7 includes a base oil and a thickener, wherein: the base oil is a mixed oil including a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and an ether oil, and having a kinematic viscosity at 40 °C of at least 120 mm2/s; and the thickener is an aliphatic diurea compound and an alicyclic diurea compound, included in an amount of 12-15 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total amount of the base oil and the thickener, has a mixing consistency of 200-240 as measured according to JIS K 2220, and contains an organic acid metal salt which is in a solid state at 20 °C.
