Abstract:
Disclosed is a graphite pulverizing apparatus with a function of dust treatment. The apparatus comprises a shock absorption base (1). A pulverizing chamber (7) is arranged at the top of the shock absorption base (1). A pulverizing device (5), a first pulverizing blade (8) and a second pulverizing blade (10) are arranged inside the pulverizing chamber (7), a discharge pipe (12) is arranged on a right side of the pulverizing chamber, and a dust collection device (9), a water inlet pipe (6) and a feed hopper (4) are arranged on the top of the pulverizing chamber. When the apparatus is in use, materials are input from the feed hopper (4), a pulverizing electric motor (3) is turned on to drive the pulverizing device (5) so that same pulverizes the materials, a first pulverizing filter screen (23) and a second pulverizing filter screen (25) can discharge materials unqualified in pulverization to the bottom of the pulverizing chamber (7) so as to come into contact with the first pulverizing blade (8) and the second pulverizing blade (10), thus the materials can undergo a pulverizing treatment, and the materials qualified in pulverization are discharged from the discharge pipe (12). While pulverizing, the dust collection device (9) can absorb dust produced during the pulverizing process, and the dust is discharged into the discharge pipe (12) so as to be discharged together with the materials qualified in pulverization, thereby reducing the production cost.
