Abstract:
A grain grinding device and grinding method. The grain grinding device comprises a chamber and a first grinding surface defining a wall of the chamber, wherein the chamber further comprises a grinding chamber wall, which has a second grinding surface, the chamber is formed by the matching of the first grinding surface and the second grinding surface, and the cross section of the grinding chamber wall in any horizontal plane is arc-shaped; and the first grinding surface and the second grinding surface are configured to grind grain. During a grinding process, the first grinding surface moves relative to the chamber to promote the circulation of the grain in the chamber, and the shape of the chamber is similar to a peripheral flow path of the grain in the chamber. According to the grain grinding device and grinding method, the first grinding surface and the second grinding surface are provided in the chamber and the cross section of the grinding chamber wall in any horizontal plane is configured to be arc-shaped, so that the grain grinding device can grind the grain more sufficiently, thereby having a better grinding effect.
