Description:
GLASS MOUNTING DEVICE FOR PROFILES

Technical Field

The invention relates to a glass-mounting device for profiles.

In particular, the invention relates to a glass-mounting device for profiles in homes and workplaces that provide centered fixing of the glass in said profile in structures comprising profiles such as doors, windows or railings.

Background of the Invention

In door, window or railing systems, especially in the structure of the glass in the installation of the glass in the profile and due to difficulties in fixing new searches have been entered.

One of the problems experienced in the assembly of the said glasses in the profile is the fact that the centering of the glass on the profile is not possible at the desired level. The structure of the profiles contains a larger inner surface than the glass. For this reason, various apparatuses are used to stop the movement of the glass to 0 degrees with the vertical axis, that is, parallel to the vertical axis. However, from time to time, the centering process of the users depending on manual dexterity and experience is done without tightening the glass, which is a problem preventing a smooth installation.

For this reason, it is of great importance to center the glass on the vertical axis with the vertical axis in the profile and then compress it.

Another problem with the installation of said glasses in the profile is the problem of the fact that the glass positioned within the profiles placed side by side is mounted at different heights. There may be differences in the height of the glass in the profiles located next to each other during the installation of the glass. This is one of the reasons why it cannot be mounted as desired.

Another problem experienced in the installation of said glasses in the profile is that the glass is stretched during compression in the profile. Due to stretching, the glass is escaping from the center and desired assembly cannot be done again.

In the patent application for the Turkish Patent Institute in the literature, the subject matter of the patent application is now incorporated in the patent application no. TR 2011 09444 the invention relates to a retaining mechanism which is held underneath and underneath the concrete by tightening it into the housing formed in a carrier profile (transparent or non-transparent materials positioned). It is understood that said transparent or non-transparent material is in contact with an edge of said housing and which is attached to the stabilizer housing on the housing of the clamping plate by means of a clamping means to compress the said housing into said housing.

In the said application, a clamping material is provided which tightens the glass into the slot formed in a carrier profile.

In the patent application WO2018020076 , the subject matter is related that“An object of the present invention is a glass leveling mechanism consisting of an aluminum profile with a "U" shape in its interior that is fixed to the floor. In the interior U of the profile there is a glass that will act as a handrail. To solve the technical problem of glass leveling, in the case that the profile is uneven, the glass rests on rigid pieces that move in solidarity with the glass and that, in turn, have curved faces in the areas of contact with the profile, which allows the glass to pivot. Finally, in order to fix the glass in the desired position, lower wedges (i.e. which are below the pivot point) and upper wedges (i.e. which are above the pivot point) are inserted thereby immobilizing the glass. All the wedges have at their two ends some housings to be extracted by means of a hook.”

In the said application, a glass balancing mechanism is disclosed for the railing systems. Because of the aforementioned disadvantages, it has been necessary to introduce a new glass-mounting device for profiles.

Disclosure of the Invention

The object of the invention is to provide a new glass-mounting device for profiles which eliminate the existing disadvantages.

It is a further object of the invention to provide a structure that performs the function of centering and fastening much easier for users.

It is a further object of the invention to provide a structure that prevents the glasses from being at different heights after assembly, thereby providing a much smoother assembly.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which avoids flexing of the glass during compression in the profile.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that performs the function of dispensing only to the desired extent.

It is a further object of the invention to provide a structure on the vertical axis that enables the centering of the glass in the profile with a vertical axis of 0 degrees.

It is a further object of the invention to provide a much safer structure which avoids accidents which may be caused by assembly faults during the use of users.

It is a further object of the invention to provide a high-strength, long-lasting structure due to the fact that the centering and fixing functions are performed on a single main body. Explanation of Figures
