Abstract:
In order to improve space efficiency in a reverse rotation preventing mechanism which, when a rotor rotates in the reverse direction, switches said rotation direction to the opposite direction, this drain valve drive device 1 is provided with a geared motor 3 which includes a motor 40 between a first case 21 and a third case 23, a transmission gear train 50, a first clutch mechanism 60, a second clutch mechanism 80, and a reverse rotation preventing mechanism 90, wherein a slider 10, which is the drain valve drive member, is driven on the basis of rotation of an output gear 54 of the transmission gear train 50. The reverse rotation preventing mechanism 90 is provided with: reverse rotation preventing protrusions 91 formed on the axial end surface 454 of a rotor 45 on which second clutch claws 62 are formed; and a reverse rotation preventing lever 92 rotatably supported on a fixed shaft 97 of a planetary gear mechanism 81. The second clutch claws 62 and the reverse rotation preventing protrusions 91 are arranged in the same plane. Further, impact received by a lever portion 95 of the reverse rotation preventing lever 92 can be received by the fixed shaft 97 via a first rotating body 812.
