Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of material surface treatment, and provides a Gcr15 material surface strengthening treatment process and equipment. The present invention solves the problem that the anti-fatigue performance of surfaces of existing Gcr15 material parts is poor. The Gcr15 material surface strengthening treatment equipment is composed of a pit furnace, a gas supply device, and a cooling device; the pit furnace is composed of a control panel, a furnace housing, and a furnace cover arranged on the top of the furnace housing; a hearth, a furnace tank, and a material basket are arranged in the furnace housing; the hearth is filled with a heat preservation and insulation layer; a heating element is mounted on an inner wall of the heat preservation and insulation layer; a plurality of thermocouples of which end portions extend into the furnace tank are arranged on the furnace cover; and the furnace cover is provided with an ammonia pipe, a nitrogen pipe, and a dioxide carbon pipe. The Gcr15 material surface strengthening treatment process comprises: cleaning and drying a Gcr15 material by means of argon ion sputtering for 30 min, after drying, putting the Gcr15 material into the pit furnace to be heated to 250°C to 300°C, then continuing increasing temperature, and when the temperature is increased to 480°C to 500°C, introducing ammonia gas and carbon dioxide. The present invention can improve the wear resistance and the anti-fatigue strength of the surface of the Gcr15 material.
