Abstract:
This gate driving device comprises: gate driving voltage output units that are provided in correspondence to each of a plurality of power semiconductor elements connected in series, and that output gate driving voltages; gate lines provided in correspondence to each of the gate driving voltage output units and are connected to control terminals of the power semiconductor elements corresponding to the gate driving voltage output units; a magnetic coupling unit that magnetically couples the gate lines to each other; a first wiring path through which a current flows from the gate driving voltage output units toward the gate lines corresponding to the gate driving voltage output units; a second wiring path through which a current flows from the gate lines connected to the first wiring path toward the gate driving voltage output units corresponding to the gate lines; and a third wiring path that attenuates an excitation current generated by the magnetic coupling unit.
