Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of gas fittings, and provides a gas valve. The present invention solves the problems such as short service life of existing gas valves. The gas valve comprises a valve rod and a valve body; a valve core is provided inside a valve cavity; the valve core comprises a housing; the housing is provided with a big fire hole, a small fire hole, and a pilot light hole; an outer rubber sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the housing; a small-fire air outlet hole, a big-fire air outlet hole, and a pilot-light air outlet hole radially run through the outer rubber sleeve; the valve body is provided with a big-fire air passage, a small-fire air passage, and a pilot-light air passage; the housing is internally provided with a movable ceramic chip and a static ceramic chip; the movable ceramic chip has a first fan-shaped opening; the housing is fixedly connected to a base; the base is supported on the static ceramic chip and is circumferentially and fixedly connected to the static ceramic chip; the housing is internally provided with an inner rubber sleeve; the inner rubber sleeve surrounds and seals the position where the movable ceramic chip is attached to the static ceramic chip; the inner rubber sleeve has a second fan-shaped opening that has the same angle as the first fan-shaped opening and axially overlaps the first fan-shaped opening. The present invention has the advantages of being good in sealability, good in applicability and long in service life, etc.
