An emergency rescue apparatus and a gas-solid separation device (2) thereof. The gas-solid separation device (2) comprises a settling box (21), an unloading mechanism (25), an unloading door (26), and a first driving mechanism (251); the unloading mechanism (25) is provided at the bottom in the settling box (21); the unloading door (26) is provided at one side of the settling box (21), located at one side of the unloading mechanism (25), and movably connected to the settling box (21); the first driving mechanism (251) is provided at one side of the unloading mechanism (25) and used for providing power to the unloading mechanism (25); and the unloading mechanism (25) is used for unloading a material in the settling box (21). When the gas-solid separation device (2) performs unloading, the unloading door (26) is first opened, and then the first driving mechanism (251) drives the unloading mechanism (25) to rotate, thereby unloading the material in the settling box (21) along a horizontal direction.
