Abstract:
The present invention provides a gas-liquid separation device with which it is possible to send air downstream from a filter even when the filter is clogged. An oil mist separator is provided with: a housing (20) having a first port (26), a second port (27), and a space (45) for collecting a drain liquid; and a filter unit (50) provided inside the housing (20). The oil mist separator is furthermore provided with: a bypass channel (64) branched off from a first passage (33), the bypass channel allowing the first-port (26) side and the second-port (27) side to communicate with each other; and a valve mechanism (60) provided to the bypass channel (64), the valve mechanism (60) opening when the pressure upstream from the filter unit (50) is greater than or equal to a prescribed value. When the pressure upstream from the filter unit (50) is greater than or equal to the prescribed value, the air supplied from the first port (26) is discharged from the second port (27) through the bypass channel (64) and the space (45).
