Abstract:
A gas injection device according to one embodiment comprises: a support part having a first side wall extending at a first inclination; a sealing cap made of an elastic material, having a second side wall extending at a second inclination; and a pipe connection part which comprises a conduit shape having a through-hole extending along a first direction, and which has an end part connected to an end part of the sealing cap, wherein the first side wall and the second side wall are arranged to face each other, and a first slope angle formed by the first direction and the first side wall may exceed a second slope angle formed by the first direction and the second side wall.
