Abstract:
A gas generator, comprising a first cup filled with gas producing agent generating gas by combustion, an ignitor having a second cup disposed inside the first cup and storing ignition powder ignited by the application of electric power, and a holder fixing the ignitor to the center of the first cup so as to seal the gas producing agent and ignitor in the first cup, wherein a space in the first cup is formed in a closed space of 1.9 x 10?-3¿ Pa.m?3¿/sec or less in leak amount.
